BISA Bahasa Indonesia has two main programs, namely:
1. General Bahasa Indonesia program.
This programme is designed for those who want to learn Bahasa Indonesia for general basic conversations in everyday life.
2. Bahasa Indonesia for specific purpose
This program focuses on teaching Bahasa Indonesia skills tailored to particular fields or professions according to the needs of the learners. Therefore, this program is designed for those who want to learn Bahasa Indonesia specifically for a certain line of work.

Yes, BISA Bahasa Indonesia provides assessments for students who can speak some Bahasa Indonesia. We will conduct an assessment to adjust the student's learning level to be suitable for his/her ability. The assessment will be conducted before the first session.

The class schedule is flexible, based on the student's request. The session can be delivered immediately after payment has been made by the students.

Basically, how fast or slow you can master Bahasa Indonesia depends on your commitment and the frequency of you study Bahasa Indonesia in a week. Students who study more frequently will certainly master Indonesian faster. Based on our experience, to be able to master Indonesian well enough for the purposes of speaking for the context of daily conversation, it requires a study time of at least 100 hours with a study duration of 2 times a week or approximately equivalent to 8 months.

The student can study individually or in a group class. A group class consists of at least two learners and 4 learners at maximum.

Bisa Bahasa Indonesia uses a communicative approach which emphasizes interactive learning where every student will be encouraged to speak in Bahasa Indonesia in every class session.

Generally, a class session is delivered in 1.5 hours. However, each student can request and adjust to study more than 1.5 hours per session such as 2 hours or more.

Yes, every student can request customized learning materials to their specific needs after they have adequately mastered Bahasa Indonesia for daily conversation or equivalent to level B1. In addition, each student also needs to be ensured that they have learned or have an adequate understanding about Indonesian affixes rules and how to use them properly.

Every student is expected to commit to studying two sessions in a week so that their learning progress can be measured well. Therefore, the student will be scheduled to study two times a week. However, if in the learning process the student can’t commit to studying twice a week, there will be a logical consequence that students will get such as their learning progress will be much slower than as expected and as it should be.

Each student has the right to ask for a class cancellation or rescheduling if they are not feeling well. However, the students should notify the Bisa Bahasa administration about it at least a day before the class session before 9 pm. If the student asks for a cancellation or rescheduling class on the same day as the class schedule, we will give the student class cancellation tolerance with the reschedule session only two times for each 15 class sessions (a learning package).
If it exceeds this condition, students who can’t attend the class for a certain reason and ask for a class cancellation on the same day as the class scheudle, will get the consequence that the class session can’t be canceled and it will be considered as a session delivered.

Yes, you will get a certificate that confirms that you have completed a certain level. We haven't yet provided specific assessments for employment or education needs, so we cannot provide certificates related to these assessments. However, we can help you prepare for Indonesian language tests, such as Uji Kemahiran Bahasa Indonesia (UKBI).

Our curriculum is based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and the materials are designed based on the student's needs. We use interactive, adaptive, and solution-based learning methods that emphasize the four main language skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening. Beside teaching Bahasa Indonesia, we also introduce our students to Indonesian culture.

No. Basically the school does not provide a learning partner for the learner. However, the student can learn with a partner if the student also asks his/her friend to join the Bahasa Indonesia class. The students who study with their learning partner can study in a group class which consists of 2 to 4 learners.

It depends on the study package that you choose. If you take a study package of 45 class sessions or more, you can pay the study fee with the installment method with the payment terms of 50 percent at the beginning and the remaining 50 percent should be paid in the middle of the study package validity date.

We can’t provide 100 percent guarantee that every student who has studied with us will be able to study Bahasa Indonesia well. It all depends on the student's commitment to how long they study with us. We can ensure that (also based on our experience) the student will show significant development Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Indonesia skills after learning with us for a minimum of 3 months.
